When requested by our clients, SS&A recommends utilizing A&C Development, Inc. (a separate company, but owned by SS&A management) to provide competitive installation proposals.   This separation allows for clearer contractual and professional responsibilities, while still providing many of the numerous benefits of a “design/build” delivery methodology.  A & C Development, Inc. is a general Landscape contractor which also provides proposals on select projects that are designed by others.
